I have many years in cateing and my cooking skills range from making organic baby food to healthy childrens lunchboxes to family meals and baking, jams, preserves etc. I can do catering for small functions: buffets, platters, etc. I also do not mind rolling up my sleeves and washing dishes and.mopping floors as I expect a very high level of hygiene in any kitchen I cook in. I also expect to work with quality equipment (no aluminium pots). I consider myself a good all-rounder and it gives me great pleasure to see guests enjoying the food I prepare.
